RETURN POLICY

Return/Refund Policy

• All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. All returned product must be in its original packaging, including hang tags, labels and bar codes and cannot contain any additional labels or tags placed by Dealer. The returned product must be current and in saleable condition. Returned items in new condition which require repackaging are subject to a fee of up to 25%.

• All returns must be pre-approved with an RA #. Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of invoice date.

• You are responsible for your purchase, if you’re not sure of the fitment please contact us before you purchase. We don’t return if you purchased for the wrong vehicle.

• Return shipping is at the buyer expense.

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of date Return Authorization is issued.

  • Product returned without pre-approval is subject to a 25% handling fee and fright charge.

  • All sales are final on discontinued or closeout items.

• All returns are subject to the approval of Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties.
